Kmart Double Coupons Are Back!

*Update* I hate to break it to my local readers, but we have been left out in the cold once again! I sent another email to corporate this morning and they said that Memphis was once again NOT participating. Sorry everyone!*

When I originally heard about Kmart having double coupons again I didn't get too excited because our local store has not had doubles in MONTHS! Sure enough when I checked the ad yesterday there was no double coupon advertisement in our circular for next week. However, after browsing the web I've come across this information-

Well, it looks like Kmart has decided NOT to advertised the double coupon promotion in most weekly ads. If it's not advertised in your local ad it does NOT mean your store is not participating in the doubles promotion. Lots of readers emailed Kmart regarding this and here's what they received back:

We certainly hope you will continue to make Sears Holdings your choice for quality and value.

So, it looks like there might be hope for most of us for doubles. I've sent off an email to Kmart customer service regarding my local store just to be sure though, and I would encourage you to do the same.
