I just had to write about my experience with awesome Karma today! First of all we have to back track a bit. Most of you remember back several months ago when our old house was broken into, right? Well, all of our electronic items were taken then including Russ's Ipod. He loved that thing to say the least. He has been really good over the past few months about not complaining about not having it. We simply did not have the money to replace it even with a knock off. Over the weekend he started looking on Craigslist and eBay at different ones and I knew that he was really missing his, but we still didn't really have the money to replace it since all of our extra money is being set aside for another car that we desperately have to have before school starts. So, I decided to use some of the money I had made from a couple of eBay auctions to see what I could get for him. Everything on eBay was too expensive, so I placed an ad on our local Craigslist board as well as a local garage sale site. A lady responded to me off of Craigslist asking was I looking for any particular kind of Ipod and what color. I told her we certainly weren't picky, but the only thing my husband wanted was a screen to be able to see the song that was playing. She responded with another email and said that she had an Ipod Nano 4th generation that we could have. I felt certain she meant that she wanted to sell it, so I inquired a price. She replied back that she wanted nothing for it, it was ours! She said she had been in our shoes before and it was ours, to come and pick it up! My husband went and picked it up from her office this afternoon and he is super excited! Blessings to you awesome Craigslist lady!!
