We heard from Kroger...

Well, we finally heard back from Kroger regarding the very lengthy letter we sent. The head store manager was the one to call me. He could not apologize enough for the horrible customer service and bad behavior of his staff. He even went so far as to give me his cell number in case future issues arose while he was not in the store. To top it off, he gave us a $100 gift card to help make up for our trouble!! I was so surprised, but very pleased, by that! It really shows that he does care about his customers. Thanks Kroger!

WOW $100! I would love that just for the game of how far I could make it go. Best I have gotten for an apology was flowers from the manager, still nice, but doesn't have the impact of $$

Glad to hear the manager has a clue.

I'll post on Couponers Wanted for the Admin to get you approved, due to all the spammers and porn peeps she watches things pretty closely
